At Strength Culture United, we strive to provide the highest quality remote coaching and digital fitness, nutrition, and health resources to help you achieve your goals. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and consistency.

By purchasing any of our coaching services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy for Remote Coaching Services
1.1 No Refunds on Coaching Services

All remote coaching services, including personalized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, one-on-one coaching, and progress tracking, are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This policy applies to:

  • Monthly or recurring coaching subscriptions

  • One-time coaching packages

  • Custom training or nutrition plans

Once coaching has begun, refunds will not be issued due to the time, effort, and expertise invested in creating your program.

1.2 Exceptions for Refunds or Credits

Refunds or service credits may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Medical Exception: If you experience a medically diagnosed condition that prevents you from continuing the program, a partial credit may be issued upon receiving a valid doctor’s note.

  • Coach Cancellation: If Strength Culture United needs to cancel your program for unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.

1.3 Subscription Cancellations
  • If you have a monthly coaching subscription, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

  • To avoid future charges, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products
2.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to e-books, training programs, nutrition guides, meal plans, and online courses, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. This policy exists because:

  • Digital products are instantly delivered upon purchase.

  • Intellectual property cannot be "returned" once accessed.

2.2 Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your digital purchase was made fraudulently or in error, contact us immediately at info@strengthcultureunited.com. We will review the case, but we do not guarantee refunds for accidental purchases.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of our policy.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases and possible legal action.
